  1. […] It’s a pity that the uniqueness of his story led to the rally we saw on Nov. 25. […]

  2. Hindraf already went overboard when they said our government is forcing ethnic cleansing. I did not see any indian in Malaysia wearing nothing or starves to death, what reflected in my eyes is everybody get everything they need equally, electricity, water, food, clothing. What more do we want? wealth? It’s lust, one of the 7 big sin in bible, which drive those people crazy and act tyrannically.

We should be thankful because our police did NOT use rubber bullets, or sticks to hit those people in the rally. i saw those people THROWING hard objects to the police but the police only use tear gas and water to drive them away. Seriously, it’s like people throwing stone but the police gives back some fruit.

We did not see police suddenly throw tear gas in public nor shoot high pressure water in starhill for fun. They HAVE to do it because they DO NOT have other OPTION to handle the rally. It’s those people fault at the first place for joining the rally but the police get blamed instead. Think with our brain please, not from our emotional heart. I have said enough to defend out ROYAL POLICE FORCE that work hard to protect the citizens day and night. The rest is up to us to think about it.

  3. Just to give comments on the appeal letter submitted by Hindraf to new British PM, Gordon Brown.
The appeal letter apparently looks baseless as the Hindraf is trying to portray that ‘ethnic cleansing’ against the Indian
minority is taking place in Malaysia. This is a very serious allegation against the Government and peace loving Malaysia Muslims.
By right the term ethnic cleansing ‘ is a dangerous statement adopted by Hindraf if the appeal is not backed by solid evidence.

Ethnic cleansing refers to various policies or practices aimed at the displacement of an ethnic group from a particular territory in order to create a supposedly ethnically “pure” society. It seems that ethnic cleansing has become improperly used by Hindraf to describe a situation wherein poorer ethnic groups are being displaced economically, by other, generally more affluent ethnic groups.

According to Geet Hofstede, the cultural anthropologist expert, one of the world’s cultural typologies is known as ‘Majority rules and minority follows. It is a norm for a country whose ethnic/religion happens to be the majority would normally dictate and control the country’s policies in every aspects; business & economics, education etc. If were were to follow according to population percentage, the Malays make up 60% of the population, followed by Chinese at 30 % , Indian (8%) and others (2%). Therefore by right the ratio of ethnics equities in economics, government and private sectors should be Malays holding 60%, Chinese (30%), and Indian 8 %.
In reality the present ethnics’ wealth of distribution’ seems not compatible with the country’s demographic profiles.
Statistics revealed by the government yesterday indicate that overall the Chinese and Indians percapita income are better than Malays average disposable income.

I believe that Hindraf is anchored by the lawyers supported by the lower strata Indian community comprise of laborers, estate workers, low income category workers, religious followers and opposition parties. This segment is trying to impart the message that the Indians have been oppressed by the Malay Muslims in the government sector and discriminated by the Chinese controlled private sector as far the employment opportunities are concerned. The appeal letter is trying to reflects that the Indians are being systematically marginalized in every aspect ; New Economic policy, Business, Employment, Education and Religion.
However, the Malaysian government has produced statistics to counter the Hindraf’s allegation yesterday that the Indians have not been marginalized economically.
