Is MPS serious about scrapping the dog hunt?

Last week, the Selayang Municipal Council (MPS) said they were scrapping their highly controversial dog hunting competition.
But if that’s so, why is it still being promoted on their website? If they can’t even pull it off their site, how can we be sure that they’re removing posters and fliers around town?
